B. Which information we collect and how?
Identifying Information Submitted by You
When visiting our websites, your IP-address is transferred to our servers and stored for a limited period of time. When using certain parts of our websites, for example when signing up for a newsletter or when downloading materials such as e-books, you might be required to supply your name, email-address, phone-number, company-name and other information that identifies you as a person.
When signing up as a regular user of our services (i.e. registering a user account or accepting an invite another user or a representative of our company has sent to you), you will be required to supply your name, email-address, phone-number, company-name and other information that identifies you as a person. Usage of Social Media Access Tokens
For regular users of our services, we might store access tokens from various social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Google+ etc. These access tokens will allow us to collect, store and process social media data provided through the official APIs for your user- or company-accounts on the respective platform. These access tokens are essential for our services to work, therefore you must agree to our use of your access tokens before using our service.
Non-Identifying Information
Whenever you visit our websites, we may collect non-identifying information from you, such as your interactions with the website and service, referring URL, browser, operating system and cookie information.
Identifying Information Collected by Us Through Third Parties
In addition to the personal data supplied by you, and the data we store from social media platforms using your access tokens, we are using third party services to gather additional data about your company when you’re visiting our websites or sign up for our services. C. How we use the collected set of personal data?
We will never sell, transfer or give your information to a third party without your permission. However, you agree that we may use your information:

E. Personal data access and control.
The organization recognizes data subjects rights to access information and to be forgotten, therefore has implemented controls in order to show its transparency in terms of the information processing to the data subject.
Data subjects who want to execute their rights to access information or deletion can contact our team at privacy@socialisten.at Every request that is received is delivered to the responsible person for handling data subject requests, the requests are being reviewed and it is acted accordingly. If there are no present acts that impose the need for the information to be kept, the information is properly removed from the system. In case when some or all of the information that is kept and is being requested to be removed, the data processor (the organization) is required to keep and has clearly defined retention period for this information, the organization keeps all information that is required and all other not relevant information is being removed. In both cases the data subject that requests the removal is being contacted with the outcome of the procedure. The same procedures take places when the data subject requests data modification.
